Hello all,

Two part inquire:

1) The AVG MIPS rating on IBM processors. Can this be verified from IBM or
another source other than the C. Watson CPU Chart.


2)  My IBM 9021-9x2 has gained AVG MIPS since purchase from 468 to 491. I
understand that this is a result of improvements in OS/390 2.X systems
software. - When forecasting new mips requirements is it best to used the 468
rating or the 491.
